Donor Development Representatives

Job Description:

The Donor Development Representative is responsible for engaging with alumni, community leaders, and supporters to generate financial contributions that fund ProBoost Athletics projects for collegiate sports teams. This independent contractor role focuses on prospecting, cultivating donor relationships, and driving contributions through personalized outreach and strategic follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential donors
Present ProBoost Athletics projects and explain the impact of their support.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and donor interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the ProBoost team to refine outreach strategies and donor development campaigns.
Meet or exceed fundraising targets by building strong, trust-based donor relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or donor development preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with phone-based outreach and virtual communication tools.
Knowledge of collegiate athletics or sports marketing is a plus.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential donors

Compensation:

Commission Only: Earn 20% commission on funds raised.
Independent Contractor position – flexible hours, remote work environment.
